I haven’t forgotten that I promised to show you more Christmas gifts.
But I’m nothing if not distracted ;)
I saw this adorable tree and I had to make my own!
I used a 11×14 frame.
I cut this tree using my Silhouette. Mine was about 8-9 inches high.
I used 2 sheets of this paper & cut it down to fit the frame. I taped it down w/ double-sided tape.
I used the font ‘Jubilee Lines’ on the hearts and taped them to some baker’s twine.
I made the hearts using the print/cut feature on my Silhouette.
I lifted the tree up off the page with dimensional dots.
It ended up being so cute, I think I’m going to leave it up year-round.
What are you making for Valentines Day? I need craft ideas!

Seriously lovely. Thanks for sharing!
LOVE this! What is the finished size of this project? What size is the green DSP sheet you used and what size is the Silhouette tree?
Thanks!
Kelli
Kelli,
The frame is 11×14. The tree is approximately 8.5-9 inches tall (I can’t remember exactly). I used two sheets of 12×12. I had to cut an extra two inches and line it up exactly, then I taped the papers to the back of the frame. I also used dimensional dots to life the tree off the page.
Hope this helps!
