I’m currently making an eclectic wall of art for the kiddo’s room. Here’s the newest addition. {p.s. I love my latest Salvation Army find, an antique chalkboard tablet for $0.97!}
The how-to:
1. Using a die-cut machine, cut these lace doilies from cardboard
(I used the cardboard tube from some old wrapping paper).

2. I cut 3 big and 5 medium. The amount needed will differ based on the desired size.
3. Glue scrapbook paper to a canvas. I don’t like Mod Podge, so I opt for plain ol’ Elmers glue.
4. Cut all your circles in half.
5. Cut more than half-way up the halved circle.
6. Glue the two side together. I used hot-glue. I don’t like waiting for things to dry.
7. Hot glue a strip across (shown in black) the back of the newly created piece.
8. Place your big circles onto your canvas, creating a circle. Continue adding more until your space is small enough for a basic rosette. Hot glue the rosette on and done!
If you decided to purchase the lace doilies, you can get 20% off using the code “create”.
Have a great day!

I would love to try this. The room of my wall is so plain, I want to add something artsy..like this one.
