Check out my new organizer! I LOVE it! It was so easy to make.
Grab some galvanized sheet metal (you can find it at Home Depot). Cut w/ metal snips (or have the employee at Home Depot do it for you!). Using a stencil, paint a pattern on it. Wait for it to dry and cover it in clear Mod Podge. Cut a piece of cork board. Place them both in a frame w/o glass, done! Cute eh?
I used the fabulous craft Turkish Tulip Stencil from Cutting Edge Stencils.
This was the first time I’ve ever stenciled. Surprisingly, it wasn’t that bad! I was worried that I would do a horrible job, but the instructions (complete with pictures) were super helpful. I even learned that you should spray the back of the stencil with spray glue (I used Elmer’s spray glue) and then adhere it to your surface. Doing this allows you to stencil nice, clean lines. It peeled off like a charm too!
I was super impressed with how easy the project was and would definitely recommend these Cutting Edge Stencils!

I really like the paisley, but don’t need to paint any walls in the near future. So I think my favorite, realistically, would be the bird (Christmas) stamp.
The Paislee all over (I think that’s what it’s called) is beautiful.
