Seriously… I had a personal trainer whip my tushie this morning! I was legitimately on the ground, completely nauseous after 40 minutes (okay, okay… 30 minutes… can we say lameo?).
My trainer was probably shocked by my complete lack of athletic ability! To his credit he was really nice about it but I was R.I.D.I.C.U.L.O.U.S. The first workout after having a baby is always soooo hard for me! I’m reminded just how far I have to go to get my body back… (whimpering)
